MY STORY – THE CHILDREN’S BOOK CHAIR Design: Charlotte Friis My Story is a children’s chair shaped like a big, thick book. This interactive chair for children lets the child tell his or her own story – using photos, drawings, pictures or fabrics –providing a contrast to digital toys. By leafing through the book, the seat height can be adjusted for children aged 1 to 6. The book jacket is covered with Italian bookbinder’s paper and leather. The book’s pages are made of child-safe plastic (without softeners) and the inserts are coloured foam cushions. The side panels are made of birch veneer.
